I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.

It depends, what are you making now and what kind of lead role?
There's always a few things to consider:
1. there are general guidelines for pays cales for different careers and titles that companies usually follow (whether internal or market research from the Randstad report).
2. you can always ask a company for more money and tell them why you are worth it. Companies can and will pay higher than average for this
3. come prepared: see if you can talk to recruiters from other companies and see what the pay is like (sometimes it's easier to shoot them over a number and see if they flinch). Use this data to show your boss you can make X amount somewhere else and that you are underpaid
4. if all else fails, you could potentially jump ship and get a 20-30% raise elsewhere
Thanks, that is very helpful. I do think 20% is a reach but my company has a reputation for not paying as much as the competitors and using the benefits package as a reason why.
I would hope that asking for that raise would at least get them to negotiate on a raise too.
