TGIF all!! / S&O / career pivoting

I’ve been in S&O in tech for about six years since graduating, working at different firms, and I’m currently at L5. I’ve been wanting to make a change but not sure where to start. Has anyone here made a significant career shift within S&O—perhaps into the tech side? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!😵😮‍💨

I have 12 percent variable in my offer letter, generally in IBM and Kyndryl how much is give to employees.

The son of the owner where I work has been coming to work with a gun showing it off to people. He got into an arguement, put his hands on another employee and threatened to put a 9 bullet in his head. I suspended him and opened an investigation. The owner is mad and feels my case is biased and suspended me. He admitted guild and its not about what happened but why! I need to protect the business & secure the victim to lessen the chance of him reporting this to EEOC or DHL. He's being a dad

I was on a partner/manager call today and they were discussing the “high” turnover at the senior and experienced associate level. What was shocking is that while ours is about double normal, evidently we are 3 out of 4 in turnover meaning 2 of the Big 4 are even higher.
