Bain & Company Got dinged after a final round AC interview with Bain & Company as an experienced hire with 1 YOE. Currently at $75k base salary and on average work 30-40 hours a week.
Considering $15-25k increase in salary, but double the number of work hours, is it worth reapplying to Bain next year or better to wait to apply until after business school?
Anyone done the Booth video question yet?

They're the polite thing to do, so of course I send them. Doing what's polite is never a waste of time. Sounds like something my grandmother would have said, but, hey, she would have been right.
I honestly had no idea this was a thing until a few months ago. Since then, I have sent a follow-up thank you after every interview. It takes me next to no time to do, and I don’t feel like it can hurt.
Send them every time!
I send thank you emails after every interview. Just a few sentences/ short paragraphs that reference something specific I talked about with the interviewer. Very rarely do they get responses but I have been told by people I’ve gotten the job because it stood out. Every recruiter I’ve talked to says always send one.
It makes me wonder….I sent one today after an interview I had with Thermo Fisher Scientific and received the reject letter not long ago. She told me I was the 2nd person she interviewed for the position. I thought the interview went well…evidently I wasn’t their cup of tea….that was the quickest rejection letter I’ve ever received. I guess I should be thankful they sent the rejection letter vs. ghosting me and not saying anything at all.

I just started sending them
mostly the paid mail gets delivered to my house under news letters about latest promotions for the credit cards
You must be mistaken, these are manners which individuals relate to each other, apparently that wasn't taught to you as a child
😂😂😂
