The other day, a 6th grade student asked me how old I am. I replied, "First, you shouldn't ask a lady her age. However, I think I'm doing pretty good for being 80years old!" The collective gasp and look of jaw-dropping shock was palpable! Another student t gasped out, "Wow, I figured you were in your forties!". Another student raised her hand and so sweetly said, "Shouldn't you be retired?". I gut-laughed and said, "well....I'm not really eighty....yet!". Do you have a fun story to share?
