I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Don't, if he is legit from some company himself, companies have referral program which benefits both parties you and referrer, so this is like extortion imho, rest is up to you, if you're skilled & have projects in portfolio, doing your due diligence in uploading projects on GitHub/LinkedIn of atleast can build project & put it somewhere for recruiters to see, plus reaching out to recruiters with strong CV, naukri, indeed or similar job portals - I don't see why you need to go this route - nobody can guarantee placement - if you flunk there (most companies might have some kind of assessments later or before getting into projects if in a good org - so better make your work speak for yourself - don't fall into these traps - my methods might be orthodox but it works for the long run - you can forward your CV to your network/alumni/seniors/people you know - they can refer you! All the best in whatever way you choose.
