Any recommended study material for CIPP and/or CIPM (still debating the two)?

I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.

Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.

I’m looking to transition from my current sales role (purely operational) to a more creative/strategic role that involves public speaking/facilitation. Have some experience in sales development (mainly business development & strategic advice to C-level), branding/marketing, facilitation (as a side-job) and working with content creators.

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
