When will be the retention bonus will be paid if a candidate joined TCS in the middle of the financial year. I.e September'22... Will that be paid on next year's September'23 Month only after completing an year in TCS?
And will the Retention bonus will also be considered as taxable income of the the current year taxes(2022-23)?

This is my motivation to get out!! Why should I take orders from someone who doesn’t care to know my name or even my job?? Shouldn’t they know that before making changes?

Usually changes in leadership to a bunch of conceited bragadieres who tell you what you gotta change to accomplish their goals doesn't go well, but since they didnt let any of you go apparently you should consider yourself fortunate especially in this brutal job market. Do you know how I have survived all these years its by happily doing whatever they tell me to do and exceeding bosses expectations
Yup this is exactly it. They just want to come in and “transform” things, which usually just makes things worse for the department, but looks great on paper and gets them promoted
I’d start keeping your eye out for other options. These sorts of people are never fun to work under.
