I don’t even have to tie my hair down with a scarf after using it and my edges stay in place all day. In fact, when I do tie my hair down for bed, I don’t even need edge control the next day. On the third day, I can add a bit of water to reactivate, and use my edge brush to smooth my edges down without adding more product.

been in industry (small companies) for 5 years with an active CPA. Wanted to get in SEC reporting roles but almost every company requires 2-year public accounting exp. Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Is this a dead lock? firms exp matters much more than a CPA license?

Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
