I don't think it makes finding work easier. Jobs in the HR space seem to be really hard to find in general. It doesn't really increase your chances of landing a role at all.

Any tips for writing a self-review? I have low self esteem and think I’m bad at everything, so it’s hard to know what to put in ‘super powers’ and ‘areas of development’.
