NFA is notoriously shit. I haven’t seen anything from Courage that isn’t like a bad version of Mischief. Plus the founders have a history of sexual assault and very weird religious stuff.

Not remotely at the same level. It’s a difference of US vs Canada and also leadership.

NFA has poor reviews, not a great environment and bad work.

Courage is surging. They’ve taken a bad client (KFC) and put out some good work for them.

I made the switch from editorial producing to more agency producing and I feel lost. Is there a resource where I can freshen up on producing lingo, more specifically the business side of things?

My last job didn't have nearly as many steps or procedures to go through, even for sponcon. I'm given briefs & some next steps but still feel like I'm missing puzzle pieces. I'm freelancing so I feel like I have a ticking time bomb on when I can figure it all out.

I'm up for a pharma agency senior CW role in the Rx/HCP vertical. I have been freelancing for 11 years, so mostly contract rates between $50 and $80 p/h (lower end on W2, higher 1099). They want to know my 1099 rate and salary requirements if full-time employee. Would $75 hourly and $110K be within range? They are in Philadelphia. I have been working in the Chicago, San Fran, and NYC markets mostly.
