Hello people, need a suggestion, i am working on devops since a few months, and i have been given a task, the deadline of which is tomorrow eod, and i have not been able to do anything significant since the last 2 days 🥺. We r a team of only 3 ppl and no senior is helping me out. My lead will surely scold me Tommorow 😕 What to do? How to handle situations like this? Can they terminate me if i get in such situations again?

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). 8+ yoe,Project mgmt Domain - I have been working on different roles in PM domain ( Pm, PMO, Business mgmt etc) and recently switched to Scrum master. What is a weird/fun/interesting fact about you?

My neighbor is a bit creepy/lonely (?). He comes over to chat when I’m outside working on the house or doing yard work and doesn’t catch on too well to social cues. He’ll mention small details about my routine or new changes to the house (just moved in). It’s a bit uncomfortable and I’ve had a few awkward moments with him already. Anyone else have any odd or awk neighbor experiences? How do you dealllll when you just don’t want to interact?
