Have my closing interview with Accenture next week. So far the Director and MD I have met with have both liked me and the recruiter has said that they have both given me a thumbs up and that the upcoming closing interview with the MD is just a conversation. From my research I’ve also read that it’s just a sanity check to make sure I’m not a nutcase. Of course anything can happen, but I’m expecting an offer. (Cont)

Been at Alphabet my entire career post-undergrad. Managed to move from Google to a well-respected Bet where I’m very happy. Undergrad was a pretty general liberal arts degree and haven’t pursued grad school yet.
What would it look like (from a TC + long term career standpoint) to switch over to MBB for a year or two then go back to FAANG?
In my limited perspective. I’ve mostly been doing buy side or sell side diligence over a target company. As opposed to PE firm, u will be exposed to the full life cycle of a deal. I’m not sure how many teams within a firm handle the different aspects of the process.
Are you in strategy? TSE does the full lifecycle from ops diligence through close
@business analyst CDD just encompasses a market level view of a company (market size, growth, customer perspectives, competitor perspectives). You may cut internal data from the company but rarely will you at a consulting firm conduct valuation work, negotiate deal values, estimate synergies, and help realize them. This work sits outside a CDD so will sit with different consulting teams. At a PE firms they do CDD work but it's usually less deep in nature
Thanks @ey2. That makes a lot of sense
