I have extremely dry/coarse heels. I donā€™t do anything about them because theyā€™re in the perfect place to easily scratch my lower legs, which get itchy a lot

I was born in Ukraine during the Soviet Union years, raised in Cuba, my parents won the immigration visa lottery and we came legally to the US. I'm now a US citizen.

When I was about 17, one night I was sleeping in my roomā€”when the door flung violently wide open and a red spirit forcefully rushed into my room and pounced straight into my chest. I was spazzing out on my bed, chokingā€”desperately crying out for help on my head. I could sense the pure evil nature of the spirit...at that point in my life, I was in a mentally, emotionally low point, and I knew that the darkness in my life had drawn the spirit. My family members also had experienced strange things beforeā€”my mother got baited into a fanatic religious group in her youth and had weird things happen to her after she left itā€”like getting choked in her sleep, becoming locked in the bathroom from the inside. My cousin also once woke up to find a pale, long-haired woman on the floor bowing to her. These things from the past send shivers down my spine when I remember them, but it is what it is.

I had a dream about a person I had never met in 2015 whom I ended up running into at work three years later and was able to describe in detail (per my dream) the apartment he grew up in, location of the apartment ona n island, nearby beach, the color of the building, number of the building from a group of apartments, floor number, his room, his name before his parents renamed him, scar on his body, exact rib he recently broke etc. I have never been to his place of birth and never met him before the accidental run in at work. We share the name meaning in two different languages and other odd things, like a single genetic black line through our thumbnail etc.
Oddest thing that's ever happened to me, and him I'm sure.

I'm a noob with bonds, can someone break down ibonds for me in idiot proof language?

Per what I'm reading the interest rate is 9.62% if I buy through Oct 2022. It's a 30 year investment, but I can withdraw after 5 years without 3 month penalty.

Questions:
(1) Is the interest rate fixed or variable over the term of the bond?
(2) Assuming 9.62% is annual return but definitely want to confirm šŸ¤£
(3) Do most people actually keep it in 30 years? I'm looking at 5 years for now and re-assess

What are trick or treat etiquettes when handing out candy? We offer the bowl, or offer just the amount we want to give away? What do you do if there are a bunch of kids at the door?
Also, how much do you give away? If they're minis, then several, and 1 each if full sized?
Do you give them just to the kids or to anyone who's dressed up, including the accompanying adult?
Why is distributing candy so stressful šŸ„²

Does anyone else feel a hollownees with their lives?

We create targets for ourselves, then race to chase them down. Be it for a better career, money or a much higher standard of living. But I guess our youth pays a price for it. Not sure if this us just me or does anyone else resonates with this. For everything that I wanted to have and do have now, I feel just very hollow.
