Since rolling out SN in our org, our team has changed shape just a bit. Try to understand how other operational orgs are doing things, what does your SN team's structure look like?

In my case:
2 Developers for Integrations and Discovery
3 Developers for Core administration, Catalog, and Request
1 Architect
1 Technical Manager
1 Platform Owner

All domestic and some additional development is done by one of our partners

Effed up the schedule of a demo and won't have access to the software until the day before I have to show to the partner. Own up that it might nor be ready or wait and hope I can pull it off?
