Since rolling out SN in our org, our team has changed shape just a bit. Try to understand how other operational orgs are doing things, what does your SN team's structure look like?

In my case:
2 Developers for Integrations and Discovery
3 Developers for Core administration, Catalog, and Request
1 Architect
1 Technical Manager
1 Platform Owner

All domestic and some additional development is done by one of our partners

I'm a manager specialized in Strategy & Customer Centricity projects. Joined Parthenon a few years ago but mostly do Cost Evaluations and CDDs. since Customer isn't really their core. So, I just recently received an offer to work for NTT Data to energize their Strategy & Customer practice (and near +50% salary). What would be the pros and cons of switching?

Small firm (my boss, me, & a paralegal). After a hearing I did not handle, boss intended to seek review of the ruling in its entirety. What was communicated to me by paralegal was to seek review of a portion.

Seeking review is now time-barred. Boss is not upset, but this is 1 case & 1 problem. There are other cases & other stories.
