I'm staying put. Way too much uncertainty out there and I don't want to automatically decide my fate by leaving. Just praying we hear some positive news soon. It would relieve a lot of stress for us all.

I'm looking to pivot, but I'm not too optimistic about being able to soon given the overall state of the job market. I'm just hoping to ride things out until I get an offer. It does seem like DOGE has chilled out a little bit lately, hopefully that continues to be the case and we'll be able to stop worrying so much about keeping our jobs.

I work for a state government, so I'm not directly affected by Elon or his chainsaw. But I am concerned about the growing antigovernment activity in some sectors of society. The agitation on social media will eventually lead to some very bad outcomes, let's just leave it at that.
