That’s very broad. Anywhere from 80k-130k (depending on company/city/experience). Ex. Folks at Booz Allen are making like 90k/year in T1 city, while your 4th year consultant at Big4 could be hitting 115k. Be more specific and we can’t help narrow it down
Some kids 4 years out of college are making 200k+ at McKinsey as EM’s
But yeah, broad question is broad
85-125 is what I've seen and I've researched this a lot first hand with my peers across different firms. Non MBB
Have a friend looking to relocate to the Midwest and transfer to consulting firms like Deloitte, PwC, BCG, etc. 3-4 yrs industry and 1-2 yrs consulting post-undergrad.
Honestly, we can’t tell you without knowing more, 5 years of experience in most places will get you a senior title and 6 figures for the most part, but entirely depends on their experience, and what work they’re doing
A1 / SA1, I'm 4.5 years in and at $140k base salary. Your upper range should be higher
Depends entirely on firm. “Average” id imagine would be low six figures, factoring in boutiques, less big name firms, along with MBB
At bcg if you make it through the promos to Project leader you will be at 260-300 all in
