You don't need a degree if you have experience and a track record. The easiest way is to get your foot into the door through some connection. Doesn't matter what company, as long as in the pharmaceutical industry. Later you can switch.
With that much xp you should just do consulting
That requirement will vary by employer. But to qualify for a sales role in a pharmaceutical company, you'll likely need a bachelor's degree. With that much experience, though, you might just make the grade.
Sales pros are welcome everywhere
From my experience, in every interview I have ever been in for pharma sales, a college degree is needed. It’s unfortunate but most do require it
