I’m not under 30 anymore, but what I used to do was hit the gym regularly. Much less crowded and I could workout without any distractions and/or waiting for equipment.
Other activities are gaming, watching tv/movies and reading. After I left consulting, I starting also cooking my dinners freshly vs. eating something prepped earlier in the week
Loneliness generally comes from not being preoccupied. Try to keep yourself busy with your hobbies or whatever helps you unwind. If you don’t have hobbies, then it’s a good time explore what might interest you!
Also no longer 30, but I found new hobbies. I also listen to podcasts at night or try my best to prep for the next day so I can fall right alseep. Gym also helps. Occasionally talking to friends or family and prayer also helps with the sukoon part. I think you can be lonely at any stage in life even with a partner. You just have to learn to enjoy your own company and enjoy the silence
I honestly try to sleep early as I like to wake up for tahajjud. I have sporting activities twice a week, but enjoy evenings to just watch shows, cook, read, call family & friends, research
