Today I have received back on track plan (BOTP)by Capgemini.
My hR said for 60 days you will be on BOTP and after that if it's negative then you will be terminated and there is one month of notice period will be given. Though my official notice period is of 90 days..
So will they provide only 30 days or 90 days
