Too bad work culture. Politics is at peak level here. Sometimes it feels like after working here, you can become a good politician instead of growing professionally. There is a clear gap between USA leadership and Indian leadership, and many times it feels like USA leadership is just laughing at how things are handled here.

Earlier, food was one good benefit, but now even that quality is going down. Overall, not a great place if you are expecting healthy work culture and professional growth.

I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..
