Explain to me like I’m 5. Why does the monthly billable hours goal on things like Intellistat change month to month. I’m not hitting hours this year. Last month goal was 158. This months goal is 180.

Currently 5YOE in Mainframe Domain. Serving Notice period with 24 days left and Currently learning AWS cloud practioner from udemy(Stephane) and planning to do certification on that within next two weeks. Will it be possible for me to clear interviews saying 2YOE in Aws with a new profile in last two weeks of NP to enter into Aws cloud domain?

I have high school children of my own, but disciplining high schoolers has always intimidated me for some reason. I have excellent classroom management, but I feel like high schoolers are a little smarter ab getting around rules and less worried about consequences.

Resources for an enterprise BDR?

I recently got a job working as a BDR for an enterprise rep. We sell a SaaS product for other tech companies. It is a new realm for me as I have been primarily an AE throughout my career.

What resources are out there to help me learn how to work these accounts (500+ person companies)? looking for tips on everything from writing email cadences, sending video messages, and even qualifying leads during discovery calls.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?
