A) Public school which we are now zoned for (67% low income families, she would stand out / be a big fish in a small pond but may be negatively influenced by peers)

Joined my first BL firm as a third year and feel like I’m out of sorts. Everyone is great but I don’t feel like I’m pulling my weight on teams and juniors are running circles around me. I’m even having a hard time doing basic things like finding docs on the management system which is new to me. Some of this has to do with joining mid-deal for a few, but some is me not being trained properly in some respects (this is why I came here) and different working styles. Any advice would be helpful.
