Very disappointed with Accenture. On 5th March, HR contacted me and my interview was scheduled for 12th March. Post-interview, another HR discussed salary and we agreed on compensation. I was told documents verification would follow, but instead received an email for another interview. I scheduled multiple slots twice—no response either time. Today, when I called the HR, she said she’s on leave and disconnected. After 10 days of effort, this feels highly unprofessional. Should I wait or move on?

Hello! I work in change management and am assigned to an IT POM transformation. I’m still in my fact finding/change readiness analysis phase, but struggling with the senior leadership team. Does anyone have any lesson learned or best practices in eliciting feed back from senior leaders? think SVP and above? I thought about focus groups, but their time is limited.
