Starting to get more involved in the project sales process - any recommendations for books or resources to develop skills in this area?

Will be starting to manage clients more directly in my firm. The firm itself used a very outdated project management software, so I wanted to find something I could use on my own on the side. Any recommendations?

Client-facing copy decks.
We sold the concept, the campaign, the art direction, and some headlines. Yay. Now the client wants a copy deck for every media placement over the next 6 months. Thats fine. But labeling the obvious like "HEADLINE" in a document always seems to distract from the idea unless you're actually making the work. Curious if anyone has anecdotal advice on format, or just feels the same in general. I realize this is a stupid question, berating is might also be helpful.

Just got a 2nd antibody test. My 1st test and my 2nd test were both positive. Assuming the test each has a 10% rate for false positives, I assume the likelihood that I don’t have antibodies is less than 1%. Still wary of the results, but definitely feel a lot less anxious about Covid now. Bought my test directly from Quest and my insurance will reimburse. Had mid flu like symptoms (fatigue, fever/chills, sore throat) for 2-3 days, and nasal congestion/loss of taste for a week.
