If your wife is on her own coverage then it would cover any medical procedures that directly involve you, ex. Infertility visits and testing, sperm collection and washing as part of IUI/IVF procedures. If surrogacy was needed then that could be covered as well.

Hey all, I'm a Manager in BC currently at low 60s.
Been getting approaches from KPMG and Deloitte.

Option 1: KPMG setting up a new team. Offering M starting low 70s. SM low 80s?

Option 2: Deloitte has an established team albeit pretty siloed with their sub offerings within the larger service offering. They offer more for a tenured manager I guess c.mid 70s starting

Option 3: Stay back at EY, look to make SM in Oct 2023. Take the hike/correction this yr. Been wth the firm 5 yrs

Thoughts pls?

I’m new to the firm. My third project my manager was very hands off. He’s wants to have a discussion with me about my performance. He did not give me any support to work with; even when I asked! And my direct manager agrees with him, but it was my third week. What to do? I feel like I’m going to say something crazy. Any advice?

There are acts of destruction daily in my classroom. Most of my classes are 25 kids in a small room. When my attention is taken for a second, someone does something like this. Gluing things to counters. Hiding paintbrushes instead of cleaning them. 15 years, I've tried everything to cultivate a respectful classroom culture, and they just don't care. I'm so tired. So, so tired. I don't know how much longer I can do this.

However, anything related to IVF or medical procedures has to go through insurance (also limited to $50k lifetime benefit). Continued…
