VFS is a joke.
I applied for a business visa in Nov, paid 1200 aed including 500 aed for health insurance. Visa got rejected and I applied for a refund. 2 months later, VFS called saying your refund is ready and it is 300 AED.
I asked them what about the health insurance that I never used and they said, sorry. This is all you can get.
First they change their policies without informing anyone, then they take 2 months to issue a 25% refund.
No wonder people were yelling at them.

Dubai people I live in Marquise Square tower and my neighbor is having a party literally every day till 4-5 in the morning- I spoke to him and he apologized and promised to keep it quiet but he didn’t. So I spoke to the security if they can tell them to calm down and the security said that he can’t do anything as it’s the weekend! Is that normal or should they give me a noise compliance and force him to stay quiet after some time.
