Does anyone think it’s out of the question to ask for a 20% pay increase without a promotion? My duties on our team are closer to Director-level and no other Senior PM is managing half of what I am, so I feel like I should be compensated fairly.

Paralegals: My firm is looking for a paralegal, and I see the job posting advertising the salary as $65-$75k, with benefits. Is this a good salary for a paralegal (Greater LA area)? I’m not the decision maker, but it’s been a few weeks with very few applicants. I’m curious if there’s something hurting the firm in its search.

Working as a design engineer on the transportation side (bridge , transportation structures and walls). I would like to know how much can we earn financially if we keep progressing into this stream. I am on course to get my PE license.

Too many cooks in the kitchen

I love my job in special education, the job may bring quite a bit of stress and exhaustion but nothing compares to the stress of the related service team. OT, PT, speech, BCBA, social worker, etc etc is really what’s killing me this year. It is 23 days into the school year and the team members all make different plans and as a result, nothing is being accomplished. And if paraprofessionals follow ie what OT says but not PT, it cause so much unnecessary conflict!

Since disconnecting with past stories my reality has drastically bent. My stories programmed my reality, attracting what I told myself I was/wasn't.
