Wanted to float an idea here. I am getting no traction in this job market. (I know a lot of people are in the same boat. Not downplaying that at all.) I have tons of strong in-house experience, though it was for a flailing retailer not known for its breakthrough creative. I think that could be a factor hindering my search by instantly removing me from consideration. What are your thoughts on anonymizing a resume so hiring managers will look at my experience and not where I worked?
