We only go to the office once a month and I usually hate it, but yesterday was the first time I didn’t. There was so much good free food! I’ve never seen our company do a free lunch before Christmas, so I was shocked. I couldn’t even decide what to eat. It totally changed my mood, even the angry customer calls didn’t bother me. It’s crazy how a little appreciation makes you feel valued and actually want to stay.

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales?
