I’m on the provider side and look at a few business strategies to increase revenue or decrease expense. Not always the most interesting stuff but you do see things implemented much quicker than public.

like

Provider side: Strategy, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Reimbursement, etc.

@SC I said that about public sector/Fed. I’m ASKING about what commercial is like and if it’s better.

I’ve worked with my current employer fresh out of high school. They are a small family owned business with 1 dr. I’ve stayed with them for over 10yrs. Hi folks,
I have 11years of fullstack experience on Microsoft Tech Stack (Dotnet, Azure), Angular, Kubernetes.

My designation is Technical Expert and I work on Industrial IoT and Cloud Projects and building Data Platforms.

I get paid 30LPA.
There are additional benefits, like 54 annual leaves, annual stock options where company matches your contribution, car lease policy, international travels, Masters Education Assistance program where company pays 80% of the fees.

Should I target higher LPA

Hello all, i have. A question regarding compensation for a lateral move. I just received a job offer for an UA position from a competing cyber insurance carrier for $70,000 + bonuses. This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? Thoughts in general?

I am a litigation lawyer in a pretty niche practice, but I may have an interesting opportunity to go in-house for a large international company, which is something I have never really considered. As a young shareholder, I am on the upward trajectory at my firm and in my career in general. For those that have made the jump, what are you thoughts? And, while money isn’t everything it is something that must be considered: How do in-house salary & benefits compare?

Ladies, need some advice. I’ve always been self driven, proactive, leader. My last job drained me and last year I lost will to work and do stuff. After a decade working there, I changed jobs and started the new job in March (pre quarantine) - thought the change would bring my energy back but it didn’t. I still have no will to be proactive and lead. I’ve received feedback that as a SM I should take more ownership and be vocal, but I just don’t feel like doing it. How can I bring back my old self?
