What’s concerning is that this trend isn’t limited to food service anymore... it’s appearing in Canadian ad agencies, production houses, and even within our marketing industry.

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. Any best tips/ step by step practices to grooming a product roadmap? I inherited one and it’s been difficult grooming it. Also a new PM. Do I start by looking at epics’ urgency and then dependencies? I know what needs to be done.. I just haven’t gotten down a good system to do it. Any advice helps!
