Hi. Depends on your practice and manager level as wel as where you live. For example, a low cost of living city manager 1 can make 130-140k if promoted internally. If you’re coming from the outside, you may be able to ask for more like $160k. And you can also leverage your level. So ask for $160k and M2 position for example. If you’re coming external to EY, you have a lot more leverage so I’d say shoot as high as possible then they will give you their best offer. DM me if you have any more questions!
