Toronto is quite strong in terms of Muslim population, culture, like minded people and overall acceptance. So much to do and eat lol. The drawbacks are CAD$, high cost of living, taxes etc
Primarily food lol but still otherwise many activities that could be done. If it's been a while then come visit, you'll have a good time.

Strength in numbers of desis but Americans are little prejudice with a massive trump supporter base.
Detroit suburbs have an amazing Muslim community

You will still be an outsider but it’s much better!

I live in the Chicago suburbs and alhamdulillah we have a strong and vibrant Muslim population with plenty of halal restaurant options.
I agree, I live in Oak Brook and the surrounding areas of very Muslim friendly

It’s not necessarily about red or blue, there is immense white pride all over Texas. Yes it gets diluted in major cities because of minorities, but doesn’t mean the people aren’t racist. They’re just not visibly acting on it.
Detroit, Dearborn and Philly seems to be the most Deen Friendly places in America from what I can tell.
