What questions to expect in ubs UI dev interview for 4 years exp candidate. Can someone share their experience

I desperately need advice. About 4 months ago, I interviewed for my dream job at a firm that sounds like it would be the perfect fit and wonderful to work for (Firm 1). I followed up, but never got a definite response one way or another. I then recently interviewed with Firm 2 which also seems great but is not as geographically desirable. I accepted an offer with Firm 2, and signed all documents and am waiting for conflicts to clear. (Cont.)

Hello everyone, is it possible to be the founder of company X in industry A and still get a job at company Y in industry B or perhaps A still? Especially when you are applying and your LinkedIn says Founder alongside other qualifications meanwhile the company X is still active.

I had given L1 interview- on 9th Oct
L2- on 12th Oct
Hr called on 13th Oct. Asked for details like exp ctc, yoe and np. At the end he asked some time to come with final figure. It's been 2 days. No updates after that. Also, once I told my expected ctc 7LPA for 3.2 yoe. He didn't ask for negotiations too. How long is good to wait before asking the hr.

I have 6.8 YOE in compliance as financial analyst. how much CTC can I expect in UBS If applying for AO level.

Completed all interviews for a program manager role. All feedback was positive and they want to go ahead but with a different role. The new role is Project and process manager in Payroll.

This question is going to be annoying maybe. I am currently interviewing for CSM roles. I know I am good at what I do and my customer satisfaction and renewal rates definitely show that!
However, most of the interview processes so far have a presentation/QBR. The QBRs I do now are effective, but super informal (no slides).
Do most companies require this component now? If not, which companies don’t? Also, any tips for being successful at these with only casual experience?

I appeared for L1 round of Cognizant. After interview, interviewer has given the feedback to brush up my concepts as if m rejected.
Same day got a all from HR that ,i need to appear for L2 round.However, details of that are not shared.Now,HR is not picking any call .
Shall I consider this opportunity as gone ?

I just want to say to the recruiters at this company, who insinuate that a potential candidate has the opportunity to become hire, only to call them by phone and say “we didn’t “ pick you is unprofessional and tasteless. Remember you were once a candidate and one day may have to be a candidate again. Getting somewhat of an understanding how the culture is from the interview, I am glad that first I have a job and that I didn’t get picked.
