What are some of the most valuable lessons you’ve learned in your career? For me, it’s knowing I can’t “do it all” / help everyone. I was so green starting out 15 years ago…. Now I’m burnt out and know that I need to put myself first if I want to take care of anyone else!

Asking for market comparison on a regional sales director role in SaaS.

Public company, 8-10 direct reports and a $25M+ territory.

Was curious what is considered market and above market. Base is currently $150k with a $175k variable at $325k. Would love y’alls help.

Company on track for 22 goals. Traditionally included 2% profit sharing at YE, this year however comes with a unique caveat.

The CEO added a qualifier, to be eligible for the payout one must agree to and sign a binding arbitration agreement. In the CEOs email to staff he indicates these agreements are standard in most companies and typically required for new hires.
