I got a offer for Manager Band 2. Is it comparable to a candidate with an MBA from tier 1 b-school.

During HR round in Accenture, we have agreed on 8.1 LPA as fixed but after document upload I got a call from different HR and he is offering less package than before around 6.78 LPA but after some discussion I have to agree on 7.5 LPA.

Is this common in Accenture?

I am currently working in automation testing profile (selenium with java) with package in range of 2-3 times the YOE. I am interested in learning on demand skills like IoT, AI, blockchain and cloud, but not sure if it will any impact on my career in terms of salary package in short and long term. (Currently I have 7.5 YOE. ). So need input what kind of packages can be expected after learning all these 4 on demand skills.

Hows experience of moving from an MNC to a small but dynamic IT Company?

What does " Review in progress" status does mean in Infosys job application?? Does it mean a Safe zone that someone has cleared interview and they will get offer latter soon? there is a misconception for this status.. if someone has recently got selected in Infosys, please give your comments on this

KGS offered me 21 fixed but I told them initially to give 25 fixed which they denied. I am thinking to reject the offer. Is there any chance they will renegotiate and offer me what I need after I reject their offer? YOE 7

Have you heard of a consulting company put a BOND along with the joining letter?
Bond = if you don’t join after accepting the offer, you pay money to the company

I am having an offer from HCL 21lpa(18.5fixed)/8.5yoe devops.
Is HCL really that bad from all the posts I see here. Or should I start looking out for another offer.
