I have recieved an offer from cognizant and they have sent link of their portal to accept offer and complete document formalities. Can I go ahead and do this, even though I might not join the company later?

I work for a company and our client is a well funded start up in USA.Although I have only 4 years of experience in Aws and Devops side, I have immense experience working on it since I have always worked for startups where I had to manage all by myself.
I have knowledge of automation languages as well.
My current CTC is 8.5 lakhs per annum.
What do you guys think my current package as a Aws/Devops Engineer should be?
