What candidates successfully land UM and PA roles? I have stone triage and referral review experience. I know this type of structured, guideline driven work is a great fit for how I think and work. I have considered cert's, but often hear that my experience should be enough. From a hiring perspective, would cert's help, or are there other ways I can stand out?
