No, but if every other applicant says "I admire the company values" and you say "I need a job" the other applicant will get it. So you are better off saying what they want to hear. I wish we could just say I need a job too.

Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.

Has anyone seen Omega’s new Seamaster? Thoughts? I mean the only thing that’s stopped me from going 20,000 ft underwater is the right watch…unfortunately at 45.5mm in diameter and 56mm lug to lug, it’s too big for my small wrists.
