Hey guys, do you have some suggestions as to who to hire to professionally redo my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile as a newby to US job market and someone who wants to enroll in analyst and finance jobs?

I gave 5 rounds in Kyndryl. Received email to fill form for background check which includes current org offer letter and pay slips. There was no discussion for salary and compensation.
When called HR.. both HRs are not receiving calls, neither responding emails.
Fishes, suggestions please.

All else equal, is it easier to become direct admit PP rather than promoted to that role from SM or MD? Seems less obstacles. Thoughts?

How do you explain a small resume gap?

How can I move from audit to a financial analyst role? Most recruiters say I should look for an accounting/finance hybrid role.

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

If you have an offer for a new position, would you wait to tell them you are pregnant (and due in May) until after you accept, so you don’t jeopardize the offer? If so, how long would you wait?

How do MBAs feel about doing one year consulting then a year in industry strategy analyst role vs 2 years consulting?

Why do recruiters never tell you which agency they want to talk to you about until they get you on the phone? I don’t want to waste anyone’s time and it would be helpful to know this info from the initial outreach. Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough.
