Not a mom. Multi-stage skincare morning and evening.
Not a mom but monthly massages, facials every 8-10 weeks, botox and my regular daily skin care routine
I’m a big law (single) mom. I get gel manicures when I have time (try to do it 1-2 times/month). I am also low-key obsessed with skincare and have intense morning and nighttime skincare routines that i stick to religiously. I also love ling showers and try to make time to shower every day! I plan to start botox in the next year or so (i am 35).
Message me and let’s talk!!
Gel mani pedis and braids or silk presses are routine every 3 weeks. But the best wellness days are when I have time for body scrubs and facials (currently annually but I’d like to do more often). Mom, 38, solo/small.
I get a facial and a massage once a month from the same amazing women who I have worked with for more than 10 years, so they know my skin and my body.
I get a pedicure at least once a month, but gave up on manicures because I chip it too quickly and don’t like what gel does to my nails.
I use high quality products but a pretty simple skin care routine morning and night bc I don’t have patience for anything too fussy (tho some would probably think that what I do is more than they want!).
I haven’t done Botox or any other injectables or fillers or plastic surgery, but I never say never. I’m 54 and get compliments on my skin all the time, so content for the time being!
I do Pilates at a small private studio that feels like a wonderful women’s clubhouse and I walk in between. I need to incorporate more weight lifting.
I try to do at least 1 week a year at a wellness resort like Canyon Ranch. Not a mom, so this might be easier for me than others. 🙃
I do everything myself because I grew up with a beauty salon owner mother. I do my skin care routine everyday; gym 2-3x per week; nails every 7-10 days; laser (low level intensity) hair removal every 2 weeks; body scrub every 2 weeks: pedi’s every 3 weeks; wax occasionally; massage every 3 months; haircut every 3 months.
I also cuddle up and hide from the world at least 6 hours per week.
Big law mom of 2. I get dip manicures once a month or so. Use retinol every night and then sunscreen in the morning.
Big law mom of two. I do my own nails every week. I do gua sha/lymphatic draining for a minute or two every morning as my little treat. Middle of the road skin care routine, nothing crazy. Massages probably once a quarter. Peloton workouts a few times a week in the basement.
Tretinoin and sunscreen! Get a prescription and ease into it (there are guides online; you start once a week, then twice a week, etc etc), it took my skin a few months to be OK with it but it’s the best anti-aging ingredient out there. Combine that with daily facial sunscreen (I use a really great Korean one, I hate the ones in the US) and you’re set
I’m not big law.
I get my nails done every other week (builder gel with gel polish). I get my eyebrows done once a month. Haircut every 6 months. I work out 3x a week.
It’s your natural nail that grows with the help of a gel base on top of the nail that hardens into a protective coat
Just representing for the rest of us: i don’t get manicures or pedicures, i keep them trim and clean myself. I get a massage once or twice a year. I do wash my face at night, then toner and moisturizer. In the morning i rinse my face and use moisturizer and sunscreen.
Pilates 3 x a week, Nails every 3 weeks, hair extensions every 7 weeks, hair color once a month. Botox and massages as needed .
I do my brows every 6 weeks and if I have time, I’ll also throw in a lash curl and tint. Hair cut every 3 months or so. Other than that, I just use moisturizer, walk my dog in the woods 4 times a week and play soccer once a week in a league. Mom of 3 in BL. The exercise/time in the woods is way more important for my self-care than my limited beauty/skin care routines.
I have a monthly facial membership with Silver Mirror. They have extended hours in my city and it’s not hard to get an 8am or 8pm slot on busy days.
I’m obsessed with Silver Mirror
I’m such a fan of the lash lift and tint. Saves me time in the mornings not having to do mascara!
Korean spa days with body scrubs quarterly. Pilates once a week. Gym 3x per week. Peloton on days I miss my classes at the gym. Nails every two weeks. Hair once a month unless I need a silk press then it is once a week. Laser starts every January. I have lots of skincare products at home. I plan on starting to get facials. I also plan on getting wood therapy, colonics, and lymphatic massages.
Not a mom but a massage once a month really does wonders for me as well as regular, weekly chiropractic visits. Long days spent at my desk plus stress mean I get pretty locked up if I don't go.
I have naturally good skin so I don't do a ton of beauty treatments but trying a new type of facial a couple times a year from Groupon can be fun. (I do Groupon because I don't know what I'm doing so I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars when I have no idea what it's supposed to do but then I do tip well.)
Botox 1-2x a year, hair every 8 weeks to cover greys. Exercise 3-4x a week. Prescription tret as part of nightly skincare. Mom of 4.
It def does not last 6-12 months. It only lasts 2-3 months but I just don't want to get it done that frequently
