Depends on your needs. If you're comfortable and the job doesn't drain you, there's nothing saying you have to leave to chase more money. But if you're capped and bills are tight on your current salary, you don't really have a choice.

Totally agree. It really comes down to whether the role still supports your life outside of work. Loving the job matters, but if the numbers stop working, that kind of makes the decision for you.
Leaving any job right now comes with risk. I get wanting to maximize your income, but you are facing months of stress job hunting just to be the new hire at a company during a period where the economy is unstable. Personally, I would be staying where I am in your position.

Totally fair point. The job market feels pretty uncertain right now, and that stress is real. I think that’s what makes this such a tough call

Are you happy? Can you afford your lifestyle?
Once your needs are met, chasing dollars isn't the best use of your time. And happiness almost never gets the consideration it deserves.

Totally agree. If you’re happy and your bills are covered, that counts for a lot. It’s such a personal balance though, sometimes satisfaction wins, sometimes financial growth matters more depending on the season you’re in

It all depends on your lifestyle and the debt you may have. If you are comfortable with the money you are making I would stay. For me, it’s all about how my mental state is while working with any company. If I am not happy I will leave but if you are happy I would stay.

Mental health and day-to-day happiness matter a lot. If the pay supports your lifestyle and you’re genuinely content, that’s hard to give up. I think it just comes down to what you value more right now, peace or growth.
