I received a mail from IBM to login in Candidate portal with your email id to see the offer letter. When I am trying to login it's giving error as invalid username.

Can anyone refer me to either Deloitte USI Kolkata or EY GDS Kolkata for business strategy role...I am already on notice.

Wwyd? I switched to industry working for a director who seems to be hierarchical driven. For example, if I need info from a director in another group, he will insist on reaching out to them & cc’ing me. This doesn’t seem to occur with my peers & their directors in other groups. It’s frustrating going from an environment where folks of all levels are encouraged to partner & speak directly to executives to get their work done, to this environment. Has anyone overcome this? Hi fishes🙂 👋🏻 I got an offer from Larsen & Toubro Infotech today for the position of 365 Functional Consultant.
But the designation offered is 'Senior Engineer - Cloud Services and Software' whereas in PwC my designation: 'Technology Consultant' & designation of offer in hand(IBM) :'Advisory Consultant'.
So will IBM consider my Larsen & Toubro Infotech offer as a counter offer?
My fear is whether they will say 'you r offered a different role hence we cant consider'.Will it matter that much?

There is no mention of variable pay in the offer letter but during PDM manager mentioned about 12% variable pay.

Hi sharks 🦈🦈 I recently switched from PwC India to IBM & hence need to transfer my PF to IBM.

Can anyone tell me who is to transfer the PF when someone is switching from PwC India?

At first the PwC India finance team told me that it needs to be approved by RPFC(Government).

Then when I said that in EPFO portal, it shows- 'Pending at previous employer', then they said fine we will approve it & they approved.

Can anyone tell me the actual process who had to get this transfer done ??
