I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. CEO Ravi Kumar S announced that because Cognizant reached its "Winner’s Circle" goals ahead of schedule, the company has allocated 100% of the target budget for discretionary bonuses. 100% funding does not mean every employee automatically gets 100% of their variable pay. Instead, it sets the baseline for the following typical distribution:
Top Performers (Rating 5/Outstanding): May receive 100% to 115% (or more) of their target bonus because the pool is full.
Solid Performers (Rating 3/4): Typically receive close to 85% to 100% of their target.
Normally payout for 5 rating is 110 -120 %.
For 4 95 - 100%
For 3 it is 85-95%
So how will it change for this year ??

Alright, don't believe a word of it until you actually see the money in your bank account. I mean, even last year, Mr. Dalal was talking about a high single-digit raise for top performers. But then they went and changed what "high performer" even meant – now it's 5 rating for consecutive 2 years. So, yeah, this is probably just a bunch of marketing talk. You can see, especially after Ravi's email yesterday, that Cognizant is all over the news, hyping up this "100% bonus" thing. These people can't be trusted now.

Incentive or Bonus as they say depends on 2 things- how company performs and how employee performs. If an employee got 5 rating then the entire incentive amount will be credited this year.
