What hours do people tend to work?
I usually do 9-4 ish and it works really well for me. I barely ever take on overtime tasks either as I like my personal time!

I wish I could get away with those hours. I’m 7ish to 4ish and maybe a lunch depending on the day. Are you considered full-time?

like

Yeah absolutely full time!
My company isn’t based off hours it’s based off the work we provide. So sometimes it may take longer and sometimes it’s quick, but on average I’d say it’s about 9-4!

I'm 7-4, unless the workload needs more of my time.

That seems to be the most common work hours! I do like an earlier finish

That sounds like a great balance! I am about the same, typically start from 9:30am and hopefully finish by 5pm.

Lovely!
Yeah it’s nice to not feel like you’re spending your whole life working!

8-5 here! I don’t tend to do anything more either

Thats great, I feel like so many people do unpaid hours and then it becomes the norm / expected

Also about 9ish to 4ish

Sounds like it!

Daily: 9:30-4. Additional evening hours as needed (though not normally needed).

Ah that's lovely. Yeah I also do a few evenings here and there but it's really not often at all. I do it enough to keep myself in my works good books :D

I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I am wanting to shift gears and I am at a point where I can invest time in myself to learn through practical experience. The new industry I am wanting to pursue is real estate investment. I have read all the books but want some hands on experience on the property management side. How could I best leverage my skills for a role in this, and what should my expectations be for negotiation in compensation?
