I am a Sr Digital Marketing Analyst (w/10 yrs exp) at a large matrix org. I've been here for about 2 years and haven't once been tasked or had the opportunity to actually analyze any data for decision support or otherwise.

All of what I do is what I would consider data engineering, troubleshooting issues with data sources and DW connections & most of my institutional knowledge relates to our data systems, etc.

- How many others out there have been in a similar situ? How to address w/mgr?

Western countries will finally move to bidets for toilet. I anticipate toilet tech as a new small market segment. This whole thing has kinda antiquated reliance on toilet paper

Have the recent special bonuses/hot corporate lateral market made any impact on the in-house job market? I can see more biglaw lawyers sticking around due to the bonuses and/or candidates commanding more from in house employers.

Looking to hear from any freelance marketers out there, what has your experience been like and would you recommend trying that route?

I love my job and my work life balance is so good that I’m scared I’ve peaked at junior level 🤦‍♀️

Thoughts on Butter Payments? Seems like a unique payment tech with pretty big clients for it’s early stage status.
