Write a three sentence introduction and rehearse it in front of the mirror, in front of a video camera, in front of friends and family, memorize it, and then rehearse it again until it becomes second nature as if you were answering “What time is it?”
Once you’ve done that, then find a local charity, such as a pet shelter, kids charity, something sympathetic that you believe in Use your rehearsed introduction to strangers on front of a grocery store on a Saturday morning collecting money for the charity. Rinse and repeat until you’re comfortable.

read The Charisma Myth. lots of practical tips for calming down your fight or flight response. for example, visualizing how it would look if it went perfectly or simply acknowledging that this is not a life or death situation and when it's over you will still be alive and well.
Before every meeting practice your introduction outloud in the morning before you leave the hotel. Even better if before the intros happen if you can make some small talk like a warm up
