What is leave policy in first few months after joining IBM? I need to take 1 week leave in the first month of joining. Is there any policy that prevent me from taking it?

I am not that smart. Got a very low score on ACT (below average). Should I even consider getting a MBA? My firm does offer sponsorship, but taking/studying for GMAT/GRE is already stressing me out.

I am choosing fidelity because IBM is having bond of 2 yrs for 2 lakh joining bonus...and hike is very less in IBM.
