I can go first: Having a coworker assume that, because my current role at the company does not have "developer" in the title, that I have no programming knowledge. I have years of experience as a web dev and DBA prior to this role, currently do light development work within the role, and do dev projects outside of work. It's tiring to have assumptions be made about you based on your current role.
That female tech founders / makers don't get any funding. Basically it is at 1-2% of the whole pie, which makes building any business in tech almost impossible unless you are wealthy and/or extremely well connected.
